Privacy Policy

The short version
Right now this site does one thing with your personal data: if you join the waitlist, we store your email address and, if you choose to give it, your role. We use them only to contact you about RunwayResumes early access and launch. We don't sell them, we don't run ads, and we don't set tracking cookies.
Who we are
RunwayResumes is a MANU Group / InScotia venture, operated from India. For anything in this policy, write to privacy@runwayresumes.com.
What we collect, and why
- Waitlist data — your email and optional role, given by you with consent at the form. Purpose: contacting you about early access, launch and (if you opted into the reader list) our publications. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Server logs — like nearly every website, our server records standard technical logs (IP address, request path, user agent) for security and reliability. They are routinely rotated and not used to profile you.
- Nothing else. No analytics scripts, no advertising pixels, no cookies set by us on this site today. If that changes, this policy changes first.
Third parties
- Hosting — the site and its database run on infrastructure we operate with a hosting provider; your waitlist data lives in our own database, not a marketing platform.
- Fonts — pages load the Fraunces and Manrope typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers (exposing your IP address to Google, as with any CDN). No other third-party requests are made by our pages.
Retention & your rights
We keep waitlist entries until launch onboarding completes or you ask us to remove you — whichever comes first. You can ask us at any time to: tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. One email to privacy@runwayresumes.com does it; we don't make you fill forms.
We're building for India first and take the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP) as our floor, not our ceiling: notice and consent before collection, purpose limitation, and erasure on request are design principles of the product we're building — starting with this site.
When the product launches
The RunwayResumes product (profiles, verification, sharing) will handle far more significant data — licences, ratings, employment history — under consent scopes you control. It will ship with its own detailed privacy notice before any of that data is collected.
